Quantum Metric uses Google Authentication or your corporate SSO (e.g. ADFS, SAML) to authenticate users into Quantum Metric.
How do I access Quantum Metric?
There are two parts to Quantum Metric access. One *email address + One (to many) Quantum Metric account(s)—connected together.
- Your invitation to a Quantum Metric account, or subscription
- Your existing or new Google account connected to a non-Gmail email address, such as your *corporate email
Your Google account connected *email address must be the same as the *email address invited to a Quantum Metric account. If your company plans to use SSO but you are not yet set up, please use your company email to auto-enable SSO once configured.
First, let's get you into your Quantum Metric account.
If you haven't already, please email your QM Team which *email you decide to use so they can send your Quantum Metric invitation to that email. Your invitation email will look like this:
Please note that your personal invitation link will expire after 24 hours.
- Miss the message? No problem. Please check your spam folder. We are happy to resend your direct invitation link to you if you miss the window or are having issues with spam filters
- It's personal. Please use your own personal invitation link. If you use someone else's you will connect their profile to your *email and potentially lock them out of Quantum Metric

You may be invited to multiple QM accounts, all sharing your same email and Google account. These will appear in your QM user menu to toggle and use in one interface.
Second, let's connect a Google account to your Quantum Metric account.
1. The Quantum Metric invitation email link will direct you to Google to sign up for a new account.
Don't worry you're not creating another email account... we're just telling Google to connect your email to Quantum Metric.
2. On the sign-in page, click "Create account" and then "For myself" when prompted:
3. Please use your company *email as the login, click “Use my current *email address instead”. Complete the form using your company email address.
4. Accept the license agreement
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify
6. Follow instructions in the confirmation email to complete the process
You are now in Quantum Metric!
