QMU now offers badge options in addition to our certifications.
What's the difference?
- Certifications offer comprehensive courses toward a broad goal. For example, our Fundamentals certification teaches you about all of Quantum's features and you can learn analysis best practices in the Business Analyst certification.
- Not sure where to start? We recommend starting with Foundations! In about an hour, you can learn the basics of using Quantum Metric: start with a basic platform orientation, then learn how to find your own session, explore session replay, and use segmentation.
- Badges bring together targeted courses to support a specific use case for our product. So, if you want to use Quantum to understand Voice of Customer feedback, the VoC badge path would provide you with all the skills specific to that goal.
